With more airlines in the Middle East and Asia favoring a JAA license, many people are opting for a JAA conversion. The licence conversion course is designed to assist holders of an FAA/ICAO CPL(A) to convert their licences to a JAA license. This is done in an efficient and smooth manner, ensuring a swift conversion.

The program is undertaken at our state of the art facility at Coventry Airport in the UK. Our location at Coventry Airport allows our students to benefit from the relatively quieter traffic at the airport itself, whilst at the same time operating in the busy airspaces of the surrounding airports. This allows the students to optimise their time and energy where it is needed the most.

Our highly qualified JAA instructors will be available to ensure that no questions remain unanswered. At AFT, we follow up with our students on a case by case basis, placing their welfare high on our priorities list.

Pre-entry Requirements:

• JAA CPL(A)
• Applicant must hold valid and current ICAO IR (A) rating
• Applicant must have passed the JAA theoretical knowledge examinations for the IR (A) or ATPL (A)
• Applicant must hold a UK Flight Radio Telephony Operator's License
• Applicant must hold a JAR Class 1 medical
• Applicant must be fluent in the English language

Simulator DA-42 FNPT II	5 hours
Multi Engine DA-42	15 hours
DA-42 MEIR Flight Test	2 hours

Total Price	£9100.00 inc VAT

Price does NOT include:

• CAA Fees (Payable direct to CAA) – MEIR Flight Test (£785.00), MEIR Issue (£238.00)
• Accommodation (if needed) – £550.00 (Monthly)

Should you need local accommodation during your course, AFT can offer student accommodation conveniently located in Coventry city centre with easy access to local amenities. The accommodation is a purpose built complex offering accommodation in 5 or 6 bedroom apartments, with each student having their own secure single bedroom with en-suite shower facility. Each apartment has a communal fully equipped kitchen and lounge dining area. AFT also provides(within the accommodation charge) scheduled mini bus transportation between the accommodation and the AFT facility at Coventry Airport.

All pricing is based on minimum hours as required by the relevant authorities. Although minimum hours can be achieved, it is possible to exceed these hours depending on individual progress. Extra hours will be invoiced at the rates applicable at the time.
