AFT's'Getting Into the Airlines' Course//

At AFT, we work hard to ensure that our graduates have the best possible chance of securing the all-important First Officer position and serving as excellent ambassadors for the AFT training programmes.

  • To assist in the recruitment process, our students attend a two-day 'Getting Into The Airlines' course, designed to significantly enhances the chance of success at airline selection
  • These are conducted by Flight Level 500 pilots with first hand experience in interviewing candidates and matching them to specific company profiles
  • We maintain strong contacts with all UK and many overseas airlines, keeping abreast of recruitment initiatives
  • We ensure that graduates recommended to specific operators are well prepared for the appropriate interview and assessment profiles

AFT's average course pass rates are amongst the highest in the country with 94% of all exams passed on the first attempt.
