AFT 'Exceeding Expectations'
ISI Report [Logo]AFT were recently audited by the Independent Schools Inspectorate and were awarded the highest possible grading. Across the board AFT were deemed to be exceeding expectations. The ISI is a Government approved inspectorate responsible for the inspection of Association Independent Schools and inspects Private Further Education Colleges and English Language schools on behalf of the Home Office. Please view the ISI Report.

Atlantic Flight Training is an independent, cadet-centric Flight Training Organisation based in the United Kingdom at Coventry Airport.

We have been described as being a 'private school' by virtue of our commitment to best prepare our cadets for future employment. We do this by fully integrating real-time airline standards and disciplines through our 'AFT Wings Programme' which works closely with current airline pilots from some of the world's finest airlines.

Our most popular course, the Integrated Programme, is designed for students with little or no flying experience who wish to train to become Commercial Airline Pilots in the most expeditious and efficient manner. Cadets begin with the theoretical knowledge section of the course, then build up their flying hours towards the Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC), Upset Recovery and Jet Orientation Course (JOC), which are completed some 18 months after course commencement.

Cadets are then airline ready and are mentored through our 'AFT Wings Programme' right through airline employment selection board interviews and beyond.

As already indicated, our academy is centred around excellence, and we sincerely subscribe to quality of cadet as opposed to quantity of students. We only run 4 courses a year and cap our classes at 20% under the industry norm in order to give our cadets the time they deserve. We will train no more than 100 cadets in 2014.
